What is a team?
A team consists of at least four participants with one common goal, bringing us closer to a world free of MS.
Who can participate?
Everyone! Riders of all experience levels are welcome. We cater to the needs of the hammerhead rider and joy rider on road, mountain, recumbent, tandem bikes and more!
How much money does my team have to raise?
Each team member must at least raise the fundraising minimum of $300. Our pledge average for the last three years was over $805. Recommend to your teammates that contributions get collected up front to save time and effort.
What are the benefits of forming a team?
Teamwork is a great way to involve family, friends, neighbors and co-workers in the journey to end multiple sclerosis.
Teams are an effective and efficient method for companies and organizations to promote teamwork and camaraderie among employees. It also serves as a unique business marketing and media opportunity at a relatively low cost.

How can I find more information about starting a team?
To learn more about starting a team, contact the MS Bike Team at ms150bike@fls.nmss.org or 954-731-4224.
Some benefits of starting a team include: On-site packet pick up for teams of 35 or more registered riders, Team Visibility, Team Photos, Eligibility for Team Awards.
What do I need to know as a Team Captain?
Stay tuned for our 2010 Team Captains’ Manual (soon to come) for everything you need to know about starting a team, fundraising and creating a successful MS Bike team.
Some benefits of being a team captain include: Semi-Monthly Ride Updates via E-mail to all Team Captains, Access to Team Roster- Allowing you to Track Registration and Fundraising, Access to Team Page-Allowing you to send e-mails to your Teammates, and Being a Leader in your Community or Company.
